Raised among the rich culinary traditions of Jerusalem, Sam came to the U.S. at 18 with a dream—to share the food of his heritage with the diverse and vibrant community of Chicago. That dream became Zam Zam, a name that means “Carry Carry,” symbolizing our desire to carry culture, flavor, and connection through every dish.
